This tour has been one of our favorites for many years.

We begin with a two-night stay in Savannah’s Historic District, just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Savannah’s City Market.

For those who would rather be on the river front, we will carry the group to River Street for dining and shopping.

While in Savannah, we will enjoy a step-on-guided tour of the area as well as a riverboat cruise on the Savannah River.

We will stay two nights in Charleston and explore the area around the Market, as well as experience a horse-drawn carriage tour of the historic area and the river tour of Fort Sumter.

Another sight to take in is Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens.

Along with the tour of the home and gardens, we will learn more about the Gullah culture, developed by African Slaves on southern plantations.
